Putting together a 75,000 sq. foot metal building would appear to be no easy task, but Clint Jensen Construction specializes in this type of work and won the competitive bid process to erect the Rafter 3C Arena for Churchill County.
They put together the building including insulation and the roof, installed interior liner panels in the arena and concourse, and put up the exterior rain gutters and downspouts. Clint Jensen Construction also installed the trim on the building’s windows and doors and confirmed correct placement of the foundational anchor bolts prior to setting the building.
“They took on a special project for us by designing, and fabricating trim and outlet plates to go over the corrugated metal wainscoting,” said Chris Spross, public works and planning director for Churchill County.
Spross praised the company saying they worked expeditiously to complete the job and simultaneously brought problems and solutions to the county’s attention. “We had a great working relationship with Clint and his foreman and they worked well with the trade crews.”
In a close bid with another company, Clint Jensen Construction won the competitive bid for the $1.53 million contract last year.
