Following Gov. Sisolak’s announcement this evening on plans to re-open Nevada, the Churchill County Board of Commissioners will hold an emergency meeting tomorrow, May 1 at 11 a.m. to consider phased plans to re-open the local economy and some county facilities on Monday, May 4.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend via Zoom by dialing in to: (669)900-6833 or logging on and using Meeting ID: 151 527 181. The agenda may be found at: https://churchillconv.civicclerk.com/Web/Player.aspx?id=1916&key=-1&mod=-1&mk=-1&nov=0
Those who choose to appear in Chambers for this meeting will be required to wear a cloth face covering and maintain social distancing.
The county’s original proposed plan for reopening was superseded by Governor Sisolak’s guidance put forth on May 1. The governor's guidance for reopening is available so that business owners may review it for requirements to re-open and how it will look at their establishment.
