Notification of Justice Court Services During COVID-19 (as of DEC. 7, 2020)
As of December 7th, 2020, the court is open to the public. MASKS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED IN WHEN IN THE BUILDING. To minimize social contact, please read below for information on how to make your payment and file documents with our court.
The public is encouraged to get our forms online and send any documents for filing electronically, if they are able (see below).
Attorneys and Defendants can appear via zoom if they are unable to appear in person. Please contact the court for meeting information, or you can find the information below.
This will be in effect until further notice from this court.
The Justice Court is accepting payments online, via mail, via telephone, via drop box, and in person. You may make payments online, by phone at (775)423-2845 or by mailing it to: Fallon Justice Court, 71 N. Maine St., Fallon, NV 89406.
Paper payments (i.e. cash, check, cashier’s check, money order) can be made by dropping them in the Justice Court drop box. The drop box is located inside the Sheriff’s office lobby. Cash payments must be made in exact change. Place your payment in the small, manila envelopes located on the front of the box. Make sure to clearly write your information (name of the person the payment is for, your name if you are making someone else’s payment, your address and your phone number) on the front of the envelope before dropping it in the box.
Landlords wanting to file an eviction can email it to: firstname.lastname@example.org , or fax it to: (775)423-0472. Landlords can also drop them off in person.
Please review the current CDC order, effective until 01.01.2021, before proceeding with your eviction process.

If you need a restraining order, you may obtain the applications online, then email it or fax it to (775)423-0472. You may also get the applications in person at the court and drop them off when you are done.

To pay your fine/fee or traffic citation, please go to the Nevada Court System Online Payment System.
- Once you get to the payment screen, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the challenge code, then select agree.
- Search your case by name, case number, date of birth or citation number
- Look for the credit card symbol (left side) and select it to make your payment.
If you have a warrant, you will want to contact the court first to see if it is payable online (775) 423-2845.

The Fallon Justice Court has partnered with a third party service provider, PayPal, to offer payments of certain fines/fees over the internet for the convenience of our citizens. Please be advised PayPal does charges a fee for processing of payments.

HOW DOES THE PUBLIC WATCH A HEARING?
Although the court is not open to the public at this time, there is still a way to watch a hearing. The court is now equipped with Zoom! Just enter the meeting ID and password below to join the session. Please call the court ahead of time to confirm the date and time of the hearing you would like to attend. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE MUTED UPON ENTRY.
