If you have no idea how many pages you will receive, you may include the check leaving the amount blank and placing "Not to Exceed" under the line on the check where the amount is written out. We will provide you with a copy of the check or a written receipt with the check number and amount upon completing your request.
We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Discover). Paying with credit/debit cards for document copy request will be charged a separate convenience fee off 2.45% with a minimum of $2.00. The convenience fee will show up as a separate line item on your statement as third party credit card company.
